S.L. Hamzavi, MD
As founder of Hamzavi Dermatology, Syed Latafat Husain Hamzavi MD is highly regarded as one of southeast Michigan's leading dermatologists and is the most experienced member of Rejuvenation. He has served as a clinical assistant professor in dermatology at Wayne State University for more than 20 years.
Hamzavi MD serves as a staff member of the following hospitals: Harper, Hutzel, Detroit Receiving Hospital, William Beaumont Hospital, St. Joseph's Hospital, and the Port Huron and Mercy Hospitals. He is a fellow of the American Medical Association, the Michigan State Medical Society, the Oakland Medical Society, and the British Association of Dermatology.
As a consultant dermatologist to the Regional Contact Dermatitis Unit for the west of Scotland, Hamzavi MD has evaluated and managed hundreds of cases of contact dermatitis due to industrial exposure, and is an international expert and published author in this revolutionary field.
Iltefat Hamzavi, MD
Iltefat Hamzavi MD is the Medical Director of Rejuvenation. He specializes in photo dermatology and laser technology, and has performed thousands of laser procedures working with all ethnic skin types.
- In 1992, Hamzavi MD received his Bachelor of Arts degree (with honors) in Sociology from The University of Michigan.
- In 1996, Hamzavi MD obtained his medical degree, from The University of Michigan Medical School with academic honors in Dermatology, nephrology, cardiology and plastic surgery.
- In 2000 Iltefat Hamzavi MD finished his residency in Dermatology at Wayne State University. He then spent some time in Europe training at some of the worlds leading skin care centers.
- In 2001 Hamzavi MD completed an advanced one-year laser and photo-medicine fellowship at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. He is presently the only dermatologist in Michigan with this certification. As a Wayne State University faculty member, he taught laser technology to WSU residents and physicians. He currently serves as Senior Staff Physician in the Dermatology Department of Henry Ford Medical Center in Detroit.

Fasahat Hamzavi, MD

Fasahat Hamzavi, MD was honored as a member of Alpha Omega Medical Honor Society during medical school. He served as chief resident during his residency in dermatology at Wayne State University. He completed his pediatric dermatologic surgery and laser fellowship at Children's Memorial Hospital (affiliated with Northwestern University) in Chicago, one of only four such programs in the country. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member or the Society of Pediatric Dermatology and the American Society for Mohs Surgeons.

Jennifer Brown, PA-C

Jennifer Brown, Certified Physician Assistant graduated from Wayne State University with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies where her studies included an elective clinical rotation in dermatology. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Saginaw State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Jennifer is certified by the National Commision on Certification of Physician Assistants. As a Physician Assistant who has received specialized training in dermatology, Jennifer is licensed and qualified to perform a comprehensive dermatological examination, diagnose, treat and prescribe appropriate therapy for your needs. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant she worked for 8 years as a Medical Assistant in the field of dermatology.
